Gateshead Social Prescribing  Service is a partnership between Your Voice Counts, Age UK Gateshead and Sight Service

Your Voice Counts believes in equal of rights and real choices in life for everyone, that we should celebrate the achievements of people with learning disabilities and recognise that all people are different but equal.

Sight Service believes that visually impaired people should be able to enjoy the quality of life other people take for granted and they should be empowered and supported to play a full and active part in society.

Age UK’s vision is a world where everyone can love later life. We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to make the most of later life whatever the circumstances.
